💜 We've been pretty quiet here lately as we are adjusting to self #isolation,#homeschooling and#activities galore. My kids have rightly so taken a front seat during this time and ensuring their well being and adjustment to these crazy times has been my number one priority 💜 .

💜 Declutter, start small! There's no need to tackle it all at once 💜

💜 Listen to#music Music is good for the soul. It releases #endorphins💜

💜 and then breathe again. Deep breathing is a natural tool to calm the central nervous system and promote #calming💜
