Kids Yoga / Breathing and Stretching classes
Our kids yoga groups are a fun 30-60 minute session (age dependent) to get kids active and in the moment.
We focus on breathing, stretching and learning techniques to manage stress through meditation and movement.
The positive benefits of yoga to increase optimal well - being include:
