Kids Yoga / Breathing and Stretching classes

Nicole is a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga instructor and has also completed additional kids yoga training with Kids Yoga Education and also Next Generation Yoga (USA). She has also completed her 200 hour adult yoga teacher trainer.

Our kids yoga groups are a fun 30-60 minute session (age dependent)  to get kids active and in the moment. We use stories, colourful props and play during our sessions.

We focus on breathing, stretching and learning techniques to manage stress through meditation and movement.

The positive benefits of yoga to increase optimal well - being include:

We are an active kids provider, so you can use your vouchers for school age children.
