Kids Yoga / Stretching Breathing Balance
Our kids yoga groups are a fun session to get kids active and in the moment.

We focus on breathing, stretching and learning techniques to manage stress through meditation and movement.
​​
The positive benefits of yoga to increase optimal well - being include:
~ developing a healthy body image
~ improve concentration
~ develop body awareness
~ manage stress
~ improve core strength, flexibility and co-ordination
Kids Mindfulness
CORE Kids mindfulness classes help children become resilient and give them tools and techniques to manage their emotional, and mental health.

Using research-based mindful and relaxation techniques alongside values and positive psychology (positivity, strength-building, gratitude, resilience and compassion) to help support children's emotional health and wellbeing.
A class involves mindful movement, play, stretching/balance exercises, massage, breathing activities, positive affirmations and finishing with relaxation.
CORE Kids can offer:
preschool aged 20- 30 minutes
primary school aged 45 minutes - 1 hour
Fitness - Healthy to the CORE
CORE Kids fitness classes help children become fit and healthy, through play and fun activities. Giving children tools and techniques to manage their physical health and overall wellbeing.
Our fitness classes are designed to spark a passion for healthy living early on in life. Exercise, eating well, and healthy minds are all part of developing a healthy mindset. We use a variety of fun activities and games designed for young children. The Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines recommend children 1 to 5 years of age require 180 minutes of physical activity per day (Australian Government, 2019). Benefits of physical activity include increased co-ordination, healthy bones, muscles, joints, and brain development leading to improved concentration and thinking.​
