Parents and bubs yoga class in collaboration with Camden Council

What to expect:
A gentle stretch, chats, connection with bubs, yourself and the community. These sessions are aimed at gentle stretching for the postpartum body for beginners. Recommended from 6 weeks postpartum, or 8 weeks post Caesarean with GP clearance to exercise.

2026 classes - Term 4 Spring Farm - 6 week term ( 5 weeks of classes, 1 week Christmas party/picnic)

Friday 13th November- Friday 18th December  (6 week term)

Please note the final week will be at Christmas party/picnic. There will be 5 weeks of exercise, and one week of Christmas cheer, connection, craft and chats

(Please note: On the booking form just select Friday 13th November and the 10:00am time slot and fill in the required booking form details, this will book you in for the 6 week term)

10:00am-10:45am (45 minute class) - Siblings welcome (under school age)
