Parents and bubs yoga class in collaboration with Camden Council

What to expect:
A gentle stretch, chats, connection with bubs, yourself and the community. These sessions are aimed at gentle stretching for the postpartum body for beginners. Recommended from 6 weeks postpartum, or 8 weeks post Caesarean with GP clearance to exercise.

2025 classes - Term 4 Oran Park

Monday 27th October- Monday 1st December (6 week term)

(Please note: On the booking form just select Monday 27th October and the 11:15am time slot and fill in the required booking form details, this will book you in for the 6 week term)

11:15am-12:00pm (45 minute class) - Siblings welcome (under school age)
